I trained as a performer at East 15 Acting School and worked as a freelance artist while also volunteering for the Flying Seagull Project. During that time I also worked as a facilitator and content developer for InnerDrive – a mindset coaching company working in business, education and sport.

 

My career with the Flying Seagull Project evolved and expanded as the charity grew and I played many roles during my 11 years there including professional clown, project manager, Head of European Projects, Head of Operations and Logistics and finally spending my last three years as National Director, building a full national programme in the UK from scratch.

 

My time as National Director has given me a wealth of senior management experience and project management skills in multi-disciplinary teams.

Most recently I joined the team at Creative Barking and Dagenham to support this CPP's re-build in multiple areas, from developing community and core network relationships, rebuilding and leading on our impact and evaluation processes, planning community events and programmes, including large scale outdoor arts events for the public.
